Composerie is a product personalization platform for e-commerce businesses. The Service allows you to create customizable products, manage orders, and integrate with third-party platforms including Shopify.
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including designs, images, and product data. By uploading content, you grant Composerie a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Composerie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
